Scheduling an appointment is streamlined for your convenience. Please click the 'Request An Appointment' button below, or find it on any page of the website, to fill out the appointment request form. A member of our team or I will contact you promptly to finalize your appointment details. We aim to respond to all requests within 24 to 48 hours.

I offer counseling services for clients of all ages, striving to facilitate meaningful change within a collaborative, safe, and nurturing environment. My practice embraces inclusivity, helping clients and their families set and achieve realistic goals throughout their therapeutic journey. My extensive experience working in public schools informs and enhances my work with children and adolescents. My services, including individual and group therapy, are available both in-person and through Telehealth, with personalized approaches to meet the distinct needs of each client.

Sessions typically span 45 minutes, with a focus on one-on-one engagement with the client. Believing in the importance of family involvement for meaningful and enduring change, we incorporate family members into the treatment process as needed.

Currently, I do not accept insurance plans directly. However, I can provide a superbill for the services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.

Payment can be made via cash, check, or debit/credit card.

Payment is expected at each session. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted. I currently do not accept insurance plans. I would be happy to provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. If you need to cancel, I ask that you let me know at least 24 hours before your session time. If you miss your session or cancel with less than 24 hours’ advance notice, you will be responsible for the full fee payment for your session.

Should you have an emergency and need to speak with someone immediately, call 911 or contact your nearest emergency room and ask for the psychiatrist on-call. If appropriate, as part of your treatment plan, we will discuss specific emergency contacts and safety strategies. I cannot ensure the confidentiality of any form of communication through electronic media, including text messages. If you prefer to communicate via email or text messaging for issues regarding scheduling or cancellations, I will do so.

If you are a minor, your parents may be legally entitled to some information about your therapy. I will discuss with you and your parents what information is appropriate for them to receive and which issues are more appropriately kept confidential.
